Parking for tours is located approximately 3.5 miles west of the Avila Beach Drive exit from Highway 101 at Wild Cherry Canyon. Turn right into a chain-link fenced parking lot. There is a banner saying Lighthouse Tour Parking on the fence, and a gate attendant to allow entry. If you reach the Diablo Canyon entrance or the port, you have gone too far. The parking lot is for van tours and concerts only, hikers please go to the port meeting point instead.
